Security is a shared responsibility
SAZFI ERP is being built around separate company workspaces and access controls. The presence of a company-specific database or login does not alone constitute a completed independent security audit or certification.
Workspace separation
Customer-specific database connections, company identity validation and restricted page access are part of the platform design. Before operational use, each deployment requires checks of authentication, authorization, data isolation, configuration and permissions.
Passwords and administrator access
Customers should use strong unique passwords, restrict administrator access and promptly report suspected account compromise. Additional safeguards may depend on the version and hosting environment in use.
Operational safeguards
Regular security review, backups, monitoring, recovery procedures and software updates are essential objectives. Exact service-level, backup, encryption and incident-response commitments must be confirmed in a signed service agreement; they are not guaranteed by this marketing page.
Data ownership and export
Organizations should retain ownership of the business information they provide, subject to an agreed contract. Data export procedures, access after cancellation and retention/deletion timing must be documented before production onboarding.
Report a concern
Please send security-related concerns to info@sarimcreative.net without sharing actual passwords or private customer records in the first message.
