Product information and availability
SAZFI ERP is under phased development. Illustrations, module descriptions and planned capabilities are informational and do not guarantee that every module or feature is available to every customer. Activation and software use are subject to an agreed service scope and testing.
Registration and quotations
Submitting a request does not create a binding paid subscription or automatically activate a company account. Pricing, module access, deployment details, trial terms and service commencement are confirmed separately.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid services, billing frequency, applicable taxes, renewal, suspension and termination conditions must be documented in the customer's accepted quotation or agreement. No automatic renewal or specific refund entitlement is implied by this public page.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration details, protecting their account credentials and managing permissions assigned to their team. Users must not access another organization's workspace or data.
Intellectual property
Website content, logos, designs and software materials remain with their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-owned records remain subject to the relevant service agreement.
Limitations
Public website content is provided for general information. Any warranties, service levels, liability caps or commitments for a paid ERP deployment must be agreed separately and remain subject to applicable law.
