This policy describes the public website operated under Sarim Creative Network and general SAZFI ERP enquiries. A customer-specific service agreement or additional privacy terms may apply to separately hosted ERP workspaces.

We may receive your name, email address, business name, message and other details you voluntarily send through email or registration forms. Do not submit sensitive identity, banking or health records through the public contact channel.
Website and technical information
Hosting providers may automatically process IP addresses, request metadata, device/browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Cookies or analytics may vary with hosting and any subsequently enabled tools.
